Hello! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Our weekends are always filled with so many kids' and family activities. But I managed to catch a movie with my hubby... which was nice. We watched Extremely Loud and Incredibly close. I was tearing like a silly woman at some point whereas my hubby was holding up his chin and trying hard to keep himself awake with the pop corn. The story about a boy who lost his father in 911 is sentimental but rather slow moving. I think it's probably not a movie for men who usually enjoy comedies and action.
Now for inspiration monday at Two birds. The inspiration picture for today is The saturdays, as in the band. The gals at two birds were playing around with the word"saturday" which was very funny. Go to here for a good laugh. Aren't they chic? I like the first and second one from the left. But I have to choose one so I am going for the second one. The blue, red and white nautical look. The ropes on the jacket is so adorable.
My inspired and all thrifted version is this:
thrifted top ($4, SOSN)
thrifted H&M jeans ($3.50, SA sale)
thrifted Charles and Keith heels ($3, HP)
vintage bag ($14.50, SOSN)

ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for your comment on my blog and for giving me the chance to discover yours, which is very enjoyable and! I value fashion sense and attitude, and you sure have both, girl! Keep growing that style passion! Also loved reading about your weekend; you have a nice pen, which makes your blog far more interesting!
BTW, I've so fallen for this chic&cheap ensemble: each piece is gorgeous, but even better it's the way you carry it all off.
Following you now, and if you like my blog, I'll be thrilled to have you among my followers, as well!
